Morning: Guests arrive at the domestic terminal of Tân Sơn Nhất Airport at least two hours before departure. A representative from Benthanh CNS Travel will welcome and assist guests with check-in for the flight to Hà Nội.
Upon arrival at Nội Bài Airport, the group will be picked up and depart for Mai Châu.
On the way to Hòa Bình, guests will stop to visit the Hòa Bình Hydropower Plant (also known as Sông Đà Hydropower Plant).
Enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of Mai Châu Valley along Thung Khe Pass.
Noon: Enjoy lunch.
Leaving Mai Châu, the group continues the journey to Mộc Châu Plateau, admiring the vast, lush green tea hills stretching endlessly over the rolling hills.
Evening: Enjoy dinner and overnight in Mộc Châu.

Morning: Enjoy breakfast.
The group departs to visit Bạch Long Glass Bridge, the newest glass bridge in Vietnam. This bridge is part of the Mộc Châu Island tourism complex, a top entertainment and resort destination in the Northwestern mountainous region. Bạch Long Glass Bridge has a total length of 632 meters. (Self-funded activity)
The group continues the journey to Sơn La.
Noon: Enjoy lunch.
The journey continues to Điện Biên, with a stop at Pha Đin Pass to take photos and admire the highland villages from above.
Evening: Enjoy dinner.
Overnight in Điện Biên.

The group visits the historic and heroic Điện Biên Phủ, renowned in history, with stops at A1 Hill, the Điện Biên Phủ Victory Monument, the Điện Biên Martyrs' Cemetery, and the French military command bunker of General De Castries.
Noon: Enjoy lunch.
The group departs for Sapa, passing through Phong Thổ along the way.
The journey continues over Ô Quy Hồ Pass (Hoàng Liên Sơn Pass), one of the most winding, rugged, and majestic mountain passes in northern Vietnam.
Evening: Enjoy dinner.
Overnight in Sapa.

Morning: Enjoy breakfast.
The group departs to conquer Fansipan, the highest mountain in Vietnam (3,143 m), located in the Hoàng Liên Sơn mountain range, about 9 km southwest of Sa Pa town.
Visitors will ascend the "Roof of Indochina" using the Fansipan Sa Pa cable car system, which holds two Guinness World Records: The three-rope cable car with the world's greatest elevation difference between departure and arrival stations (1,410 m) and The world's longest three-rope cable car (6,292.5 m).
From the cable car, visitors can admire the majestic natural landscape, taking in panoramic views of Mường Hoa Valley and Hoàng Liên National Park from above. Additionally, guests can visit the spiritual tourism complex, including Chùa Trình and Chùa Hạ at the arrival station (cable car fees not included).
Noon: Enjoy lunch.
The group visits Cát Cát Village to explore the traditional textile dyeing craft of the H’Mông ethnic people and the Cát Cát hydroelectric station, built during the French colonial era, where three streams merge to form the Mường Hoa River.
Evening: Enjoy dinner. Overnight in Sapa.

Morning: Enjoy breakfast. The group has free time to stroll around the town, visit Sapa Stone Church, or shop for local specialties as souvenirs for family and friends.

The group departs for Hanoi. Upon arrival, transfer to Nội Bài Airport for the flight back to Ho Chi Minh City. End of the tour. Farewell and see you again!

- Tour vehicle: Depending on the actual number of guests, transportation will be provided by a 16-seat, 29-seat, 35-seat, or 45-seat vehicle.
- Accommodation: Overnight stays in Mộc Châu, Sapa, and Điện Biên at 3-star standard hotels. Rooms are arranged for two guests per room (2 adults/room). In case of an odd number of guests, an additional single-room fee applies, or a triple-room arrangement will be made.
- Meals as per itinerary:
- Light meals: 4 breakfasts.
- Main meals: 9 lunches/dinners.
- Entrance fees as per itinerary.
- Tour guide: Friendly and enthusiastic Vietnamese-speaking guide throughout the trip.
- Travel insurance with a maximum compensation of 60,000,000 VND per case. (Not applicable for guests aged 80 and above.)

| CHILDREN'S PRICING |
- Under 2 years old: Airfare per airline policy; free tour. Parents cover all additional expenses for food, accommodation, sightseeing (if any).
- 2 – under 5 years old: 100% airfare; free tour. Parents cover additional expenses. Each pair of adults may accompany only one child under 5 for free; the second child must purchase 50% of the tour price.
- 5 – under 11 years old: 100% airfare; 50% tour price. Includes meals, seat on the vehicle, and shared accommodation with family. Each pair of adults may accompany only one child in this age group; the second child requires a separate bed (single supplement applies).
- 11 years and older: Full adult price and service.

| PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY |
- After confirmation and payment (at least 50% deposit to secure the booking and full payment of 100% of the total tour price at least 15 days before departure).
- If the full payment of 100% of the total tour price is not made on time and in the correct amount, it will be considered that the customer has voluntarily canceled the tour, and the deposit will be forfeited.
- Airline/train/high-speed boat tickets will be issued immediately after payment is made and after confirming the accuracy of the passenger's full name (exactly as written in the passport or ID card), date of birth, etc., as required by the carrier. Any changes related to issued tickets, including departure time, passenger name, or ticket cancellation, will be subject to the following fees:
- Immediately after booking or payment, or more than 15 days before departure: cancellation fee of 30% of the tour price + 100% of the airline ticket cost.
- Cancellation 10 days before departure: cancellation fee of 50% of the tour price + 100% of the airline ticket cost.
- Cancellation 7 days before departure: cancellation fee of 70% of the tour price + 100% of the airline ticket cost.
- Cancellation 5 days before departure: cancellation fee of 100% of the tour price + 100% of the airline ticket cost.
- If the customer arrives late for departure, it will be considered as a cancellation 5 days before departure.
- Due to the nature of a group tour with individual guests, Benthanh CNS Travel is responsible for gathering enough registered customers (at least 10 adult guests) for the tour to proceed as scheduled. If the number of guests is below 10, Benthanh CNS Travel will notify customers 3 days before departure and will either agree on a new departure date or refund the full deposit.
- Tour cancellations must be communicated directly to Benthanh CNS Travel via fax, email, or text message and must be confirmed by Benthanh CNS Travel. Cancellations made via phone calls will not be accepted.
- Deposit, payment, cancellation, and tour rescheduling deadlines do not include Saturdays and Sundays.
- In cases of force majeure such as terrorism, riots, natural disasters, or floods, Benthanh CNS Travel will proactively notify customers of any necessary changes, including canceling or replacing the itinerary with an alternative of equivalent value. If the new itinerary incurs additional costs, the customer will be responsible for covering them. Both parties are expected to make every effort to minimize any losses caused by force majeure.
- For itinerary or flight schedule changes due to airline, train, or boat service disruptions, Benthanh CNS Travel is not responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as meals, restaurants, hotels, transportation, or tour guides.

| NOTE |
- When registering for the tour, customers are required to provide their personal identification documents to the travel agency for ticket issuance and travel insurance registration. The customer's personal documents (ID card or passport) are the customer's responsibility. Any issues related to unclear images or information on the original documents, expired passports or ID cards, or non-compliance with Vietnamese legal regulations will not be the responsibility of Benthanh CNS Travel, and no refunds will be issued for any additional costs incurred.
- For foreigners or Vietnamese residing abroad, when joining the tour, they must carry their original passport and a valid Vietnam visa to complete airline check-in procedures as per airline regulations.
- For children under 12 years old, a birth certificate (either the original or a notarized copy with a valid certification) is required for airline check-in procedures.
- For customers aged 14 and above, a valid ID card or passport is mandatory. A birth certificate will not be accepted. If a child aged 14 or older does not yet have an ID card or passport, they must present both a Certificate of Personal Identification (issued and verified by local authorities, with valid certification) and their birth certificate.
- Certain arrangements in the itinerary, including flight times, train schedules, and high-speed boat departures, may be adjusted based on actual travel conditions (weather, traffic, etc.).
- Check-in & check-out policy at hotels/resorts: Check-in after 2:00 PM and check-out before 12:00 PM.
- Customers are responsible for securing their own luggage and personal belongings throughout the trip.
- For health and food safety reasons, customers are kindly requested not to bring outside food into restaurants and hotels. Any beverages brought in must be approved by the restaurant/hotel and may be subject to an additional fee if applicable.
