Morning: Guests are required to be present at the domestic terminal of Tân Sơn Nhất Airport at least three hours before departure. A Benthanh CNS Travel representative will welcome and assist guests with check-in procedures for the flight to Hanoi.

Upon arrival at Nội Bài Airport, the tour group will be picked up and depart for Mai Châu.

On the way to Hòa Bình, guests will have the opportunity to admire the Đà River Hydropower Plant (also known as Hòa Bình Hydropower Plant) and take in the breathtaking panoramic view of Mai Châu Valley from Thung Khe Pass.

Noon: Enjoy lunch.

The group will continue the journey to Mai Châu, visiting Lác Village to explore the customs and traditions of the Thai ethnic people, where the rich cultural identity of the Thai community is deeply preserved.

Leaving Mai Châu, the group will proceed to Mộc Châu Plateau, renowned for its endless green tea hills stretching across the landscape.

Evening: Enjoy dinner and overnight in Mộc Châu.

Morning: Enjoy breakfast.

The group will depart to visit Bạch Long Glass Bridge, the newest glass bridge in Vietnam. Located within the Mộc Châu Island tourism complex, a premier entertainment and resort destination in the Northwest highlands, Bạch Long Glass Bridge has a total length of 632 meters. (Self-funded entrance fee).

Next, visit Dải Yếm Waterfall, which stands about 100 meters tall. With its cascading white waters, the waterfall presents a breathtaking yet poetic sight, resembling a "silk ribbon" gracefully connecting the sky and the earth.

The group will then continue the journey to Sơn La.

Noon: Enjoy lunch.

Visit Sơn La Prison, where the French once detained Vietnamese revolutionaries, and see the legendary Tô Hiệu peach tree.

Evening: Enjoy dinner and overnight stay in Sơn La.

The group will depart for Điện Biên, stopping at Pha Đin Pass to take photos and admire the breathtaking view of highland villages from the pass.

Noon: Enjoy lunch.

The group will visit the historic battlefield of Điện Biên Phủ, renowned for its legendary victory, including A1 Hill, the Điện Biên Phủ Victory Monument, the Điện Biên Martyrs' Cemetery, and the French command bunker of General De Castries.

Evening: Enjoy dinner and overnight stay in Điện Biên.

The group will depart for Sapa, passing through Phong Thổ.

On the way, the group will cross Ô Quy Hồ Pass (also known as Hoàng Liên Sơn Pass), one of the most winding, treacherous, and majestic mountain passes in northern Vietnam.

Noon: Enjoy lunch.

Visit Cát Cát Village to learn about the traditional weaving and dyeing craft of the H’Mông ethnic people. Explore the French-era Cát Cát Hydroelectric Station, where three streams converge to form the Mường Hoa River.

Evening: Enjoy dinner and overnight stay in Sapa.

The group will embark on an excursion to conquer Fansipan, the highest mountain in Vietnam (3,143m), located in the Hoàng Liên Sơn range, approximately 9 km southwest of Sapa town.

Visitors conquer the "Roof of Indochina" with the Fansipan Sapa cable car system, which spans 6.2 km and holds two Guinness World Records: the three-rope cable car with the world's largest elevation difference between the departure and arrival stations at 1,410m and the world's longest three-rope cable car at 6,292.5m. From the cable car route, visitors can experience the majestic natural scenery, admiring the views of Mường Hoa Valley and Hoàng Liên National Park from above. Additionally, visitors can make a pilgrimage to the spiritual tourism area, including Chùa Trình and Chùa Hạ at the arrival station (cable car fare not included).

Free time to explore Sapa.

Morning: Have breakfast.

The group departs for Phú Thọ, the sacred land that marks the origin of the Vietnamese people, with thousands of years of history. This is the birthplace of the 18 Hùng Kings, a land rich in cultural heritage and traditions, deeply rooted in Vietnam's early agricultural civilization.

The group visits the Hùng Kings’ Temple historical site, which includes four main temples: Hạ Temple, Trung Temple, Thượng Temple, and Giếng Temple. From the first steps at the mountain’s base, visitors pass through the entrance gate and ascend numerous stone steps to offer incense and explore the temples, concluding at Thượng Temple atop Nghĩa Lĩnh Mountain, where the tomb of the sixth Hùng King is located.

Noon: Have lunch.

The group departs for Hanoi.

Transfer to Nội Bài Airport for the flight back to Ho Chi Minh City.

CHILDREN'S PRICING
Under 2 years old: Airfare per airline policy; free tour. Parents cover all additional expenses for food, accommodation, sightseeing (if any). 2 – under 5 years old: 100% airfare; free tour. Parents cover additional expenses. Each pair of adults may accompany only one child under 5 for free; the second child must purchase 50% of the tour price. 5 – under 11 years old: 100% airfare; 50% tour price. Includes meals, seat on the vehicle, and shared accommodation with family. Each pair of adults may accompany only one child in this age group; the second child requires a separate bed (single supplement applies). 11 years and older: Full adult price.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
After confirmation and payment (at least 50% deposit to secure the booking and full payment of 100% of the total tour price at least 15 days before departure). If the full payment of 100% of the total tour price is not made on time and in the correct amount, it will be considered that the customer has voluntarily canceled the tour, and the deposit will be forfeited. Airline/train/high-speed boat tickets will be issued immediately after payment is made and after confirming the accuracy of the passenger's full name (exactly as written in the passport or ID card), date of birth, etc., as required by the carrier. Any changes related to issued tickets, including departure time, passenger name, or ticket cancellation, will be subject to the following fees: Immediately after booking or payment, or more than 15 days before departure: cancellation fee of 30% of the tour price + 100% of the airline ticket cost. Cancellation 10 days before departure: cancellation fee of 50% of the tour price + 100% of the airline ticket cost. Cancellation 7 days before departure: cancellation fee of 70% of the tour price + 100% of the airline ticket cost. Cancellation 5 days before departure: cancellation fee of 100% of the tour price + 100% of the airline ticket cost. If the customer arrives late for departure, it will be considered as a cancellation 5 days before departure. Due to the nature of a group tour with individual guests, Benthanh CNS Travel is responsible for gathering enough registered customers (at least 10 adult guests) for the tour to proceed as scheduled. If the number of guests is below 10, Benthanh CNS Travel will notify customers 3 days before departure and will either agree on a new departure date or refund the full deposit. Tour cancellations must be communicated directly to Benthanh CNS Travel via fax, email, or text message and must be confirmed by Benthanh CNS Travel. Cancellations made via phone calls will not be accepted. Deposit, payment, cancellation, and tour rescheduling deadlines do not include Saturdays and Sundays. In cases of force majeure such as terrorism, riots, natural disasters, or floods, Benthanh CNS Travel will proactively notify customers of any necessary changes, including canceling or replacing the itinerary with an alternative of equivalent value. If the new itinerary incurs additional costs, the customer will be responsible for covering them. Both parties are expected to make every effort to minimize any losses caused by force majeure. For itinerary or flight schedule changes due to airline, train, or boat service disruptions, Benthanh CNS Travel is not responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as meals, restaurants, hotels, transportation, or tour guides.
NOTE
When registering for the tour, customers are required to provide their personal identification documents to the travel agency for ticket issuance and travel insurance registration. The customer's personal documents (ID card or passport) are the customer's responsibility. Any issues related to unclear images or information on the original documents, expired passports or ID cards, or non-compliance with Vietnamese legal regulations will not be the responsibility of Benthanh CNS Travel, and no refunds will be issued for any additional costs incurred. For foreigners or Vietnamese residing abroad, when joining the tour, they must carry their original passport and a valid Vietnam visa to complete airline check-in procedures as per airline regulations. For children under 12 years old, a birth certificate (either the original or a notarized copy with a valid certification) is required for airline check-in procedures. For customers aged 14 and above, a valid ID card or passport is mandatory. A birth certificate will not be accepted. If a child aged 14 or older does not yet have an ID card or passport, they must present both a Certificate of Personal Identification (issued and verified by local authorities, with valid certification) and their birth certificate. Certain arrangements in the itinerary, including flight times, train schedules, and high-speed boat departures, may be adjusted based on actual travel conditions (weather, traffic, etc.). Check-in & check-out policy at hotels/resorts: Check-in after 2:00 PM and check-out before 12:00 PM. Customers are responsible for securing their own luggage and personal belongings throughout the trip. For health and food safety reasons, customers are kindly requested not to bring outside food into restaurants and hotels. Any beverages brought in must be approved by the restaurant/hotel and may be subject to an additional fee if applicable.
