Morning: Guests arrive at the domestic terminal of Tan Son Nhat Airport at least two hours before departure.

A representative from Benthanh CNS Travel will welcome and assist guests with check-in for the flight to Hanoi.

Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, the tour guide will greet the group and depart for Ha Nam to visit Tam Chuc Pagoda.

Noon: Enjoy lunch.

Visit Tam Chuc Pagoda, the largest pagoda in the world, covering a complex area of 5,000 hectares. The site features 1,200 statues carved from volcanic lava and holds many treasures from around the world.

The Tam Chuc complex boasts magnificent scenery, with six bell-shaped mountains in the lake at the front and seven luminous peaks in the back that glow under the moonlight, forming the "Six Bells in the Front, Seven Stars in the Back" landscape.

Evening: Enjoy dinner. Overnight stay in Ninh Binh.

Guests are free to explore the city, tasting local specialties such as mountain goat meat, mountain snails, Yen Mac fermented pork rolls, and crispy rice.

Morning: Enjoy a buffet breakfast at the hotel.

The group takes a boat ride along the stream through rice fields to visit the Trang An Ecotourism Complex, where limestone formations, valleys, and rivers intertwine to create a mystical and breathtaking landscape. Guests will take a boat tour to explore Sang Cave, Toi Cave, and Nau Ruou Cave while learning about the area's cultural and historical significance.

Noon: Enjoy lunch.

Guests visit Mua Cave, often referred to as a miniature Great Wall of China. Visitors can climb over 400 stone steps to admire the panoramic view of Tam Coc (often called "Ha Long Bay on Land") from above. This destination attracts hundreds of thousands of young travelers who come here to take photos and check in.

Depart for Ha Long.

Evening: Enjoy dinner. Overnight stay in Ha Long.

Guests are free to explore the city, shop at the night market, or visit Sunworld Ha Long Park (self-funded).

Morning: Enjoy a buffet breakfast at the hotel.

9:00 AM: The group departs for a visit to the Quang Ninh Museum.

10:30 AM: Transfer to Ha Long International Cruise Port for check-in.

11:00 AM: The cruise staff warmly welcomes guests onboard with a traditional Vietnamese Lion Dance performance. Guests enjoy a welcome drink while receiving a briefing on the itinerary and safety regulations. The cruise then sets off to explore the most stunning sights of Ha Long Bay, including:

Dau Nguoi Islet, a natural rock formation emerging from the sea, resembling a human face with strikingly detailed features. The cruise will slow down to allow guests to capture beautiful moments.

12:00 PM: Guests indulge in a premium buffet lunch featuring fresh seafood from Ha Long Bay and traditional Vietnamese dishes. (For cruises with fewer than 20 guests, lunch will be served as a set menu.)

1:00 PM: Visit Sung Sot Cave, the largest and most magnificent cave in Ha Long Bay, with mesmerizing stalactites and stalagmites forming unique and fascinating shapes.

2:00 PM: At Hang Luon, guests can choose to kayak or take a bamboo boat ride—one of the most popular activities for young travelers. Alternatively, guests can relax on the cruise and enjoy the Jacuzzi.

3:00 PM: Stop at Titov Island, where guests can swim, sunbathe on the pristine white-sand beach, or hike to the island’s peak for a panoramic view of Ha Long Bay, dotted with thousands of limestone karsts. (Complimentary towels are provided by the cruise.)

4:00 PM: Guests return to the cruise for a Sunset Party, enjoying drinks, snacks, and fresh fruits on the sundeck. Relax in the Jacuzzi while admiring the tranquil sunset over Ha Long Bay.

5:30 - 6:00 PM: The cruise docks, and the crew bids farewell to guests, marking the end of a memorable 7-hour journey.

Morning: Enjoy a buffet breakfast at the hotel.

The group departs for a visit to Yen Tu Mountain, which stands 1,068 meters above sea level. This natural wonder preserves a rich system of historical and cultural relics associated with the formation and development of the Truc Lam Zen sect. Yen Tu is known as the "Sacred Land of Vietnamese Buddhism."

Guests take a cable car ride up the mountain (cable car ticket not included) to visit Hoa Yen Pagoda, Bao Thap, Truc Lam Tam To, and the 700-year-old pine trees. On the way down, visit Truc Lam Zen Monastery, which houses the 6-ton Nhu Y Stone Sphere, recognized as a Vietnamese Guinness record.

Noon: Enjoy lunch.

The group returns to Hanoi.

The tour guide escorts the group to Noi Bai Airport for the flight back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Under 2 years old: Airfare per airline policy; free tour. Parents cover all additional expenses for food, accommodation, sightseeing (if any). 2 – under 5 years old: 100% airfare; free tour. Parents cover additional expenses. Each pair of adults may accompany only one child under 5 for free; the second child must purchase 50% of the tour price. 5 – under 11 years old: 100% airfare; 50% tour price. Includes meals, seat on the vehicle, and shared accommodation with family. Each pair of adults may accompany only one child in this age group; the second child requires a separate bed (single supplement applies). 11 years and older: Full adult price and service.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
After confirmation and payment (at least 50% deposit to secure the booking and full payment of 100% of the total tour price at least 15 days before departure). If the full payment of 100% of the total tour price is not made on time and in the correct amount, it will be considered that the customer has voluntarily canceled the tour, and the deposit will be forfeited. Airline/train/high-speed boat tickets will be issued immediately after payment is made and after confirming the accuracy of the passenger's full name (exactly as written in the passport or ID card), date of birth, etc., as required by the carrier. Any changes related to issued tickets, including departure time, passenger name, or ticket cancellation, will be subject to the following fees: Immediately after booking or payment, or more than 15 days before departure: cancellation fee of 30% of the tour price + 100% of the airline ticket cost. Cancellation 10 days before departure: cancellation fee of 50% of the tour price + 100% of the airline ticket cost. Cancellation 7 days before departure: cancellation fee of 70% of the tour price + 100% of the airline ticket cost. Cancellation 5 days before departure: cancellation fee of 100% of the tour price + 100% of the airline ticket cost. If the customer arrives late for departure, it will be considered as a cancellation 5 days before departure. Due to the nature of a group tour with individual guests, Benthanh CNS Travel is responsible for gathering enough registered customers (at least 10 adult guests) for the tour to proceed as scheduled. If the number of guests is below 10, Benthanh CNS Travel will notify customers 3 days before departure and will either agree on a new departure date or refund the full deposit. Tour cancellations must be communicated directly to Benthanh CNS Travel via fax, email, or text message and must be confirmed by Benthanh CNS Travel. Cancellations made via phone calls will not be accepted. Deposit, payment, cancellation, and tour rescheduling deadlines do not include Saturdays and Sundays. In cases of force majeure such as terrorism, riots, natural disasters, or floods, Benthanh CNS Travel will proactively notify customers of any necessary changes, including canceling or replacing the itinerary with an alternative of equivalent value. If the new itinerary incurs additional costs, the customer will be responsible for covering them. Both parties are expected to make every effort to minimize any losses caused by force majeure. For itinerary or flight schedule changes due to airline, train, or boat service disruptions, Benthanh CNS Travel is not responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as meals, restaurants, hotels, transportation, or tour guides.
NOTE
When registering for the tour, customers are required to provide their personal identification documents to the travel agency for ticket issuance and travel insurance registration. The customer's personal documents (ID card or passport) are the customer's responsibility. Any issues related to unclear images or information on the original documents, expired passports or ID cards, or non-compliance with Vietnamese legal regulations will not be the responsibility of Benthanh CNS Travel, and no refunds will be issued for any additional costs incurred. For foreigners or Vietnamese residing abroad, when joining the tour, they must carry their original passport and a valid Vietnam visa to complete airline check-in procedures as per airline regulations. For children under 12 years old, a birth certificate (either the original or a notarized copy with a valid certification) is required for airline check-in procedures. For customers aged 14 and above, a valid ID card or passport is mandatory. A birth certificate will not be accepted. If a child aged 14 or older does not yet have an ID card or passport, they must present both a Certificate of Personal Identification (issued and verified by local authorities, with valid certification) and their birth certificate. Certain arrangements in the itinerary, including flight times, train schedules, and high-speed boat departures, may be adjusted based on actual travel conditions (weather, traffic, etc.). Check-in & check-out policy at hotels/resorts: Check-in after 2:00 PM and check-out before 12:00 PM. Customers are responsible for securing their own luggage and personal belongings throughout the trip. For health and food safety reasons, customers are kindly requested not to bring outside food into restaurants and hotels. Any beverages brought in must be approved by the restaurant/hotel and may be subject to an additional fee if applicable.
